Service Improvements for Brumos Porsche Customers

The Service Department of Brumos Porsche has long been recognized for our attention to quality and level of commitment to our Porsche owners, but our goal is also to make it as convenient as possible when the time comes for scheduling service. Recognizing the popularity of on-line scheduling systems such as those offered by the airlines, Brumos Porsche has now upgraded our website to make a similar option available for our Porsche owners’ convenience.

In the past, scheduling maintenance requests required a telephone call or in-person visit to a Porsche Service Advisor, and while this option is still available, we are pleased to now be able to offer an alternative. Whether it’s during our normal business hours or in the middle of the night, it is now possible to check availability and schedule your Porsche service appointment at any time, 24/7. The process is designed to be user-friendly, providing options that allow you to navigate the site quickly. A simple one-time registration allows each owner to register any and all of their Porsches and the information will be stored for future reference. During the scheduling process, answering simple questions such as whether a loaner is needed during the appointment allows us to better tailor your experience by excluding those times when none might be available.

When an appointment has been set, our on-line system also allows easy access for making changes or rescheduling, regardless of how the original appointment was made. It also allows Porsche owners to submit questions or provide background information in a “tell us more” section.  Once the process is complete and the appointment has been scheduled, a confirmation code will be provided on the site and emailed to you for verification.  In addition to the many conveniences the new system has to offer, as an added bonus, we have a special section that features service coupons. This is a section every Porsche owner will want to bookmark and check often for discounts and special service offers available to our on-line customers.
