Out-of-Town Service and Hospitality
I would like to thank you for your great service & hospitality. We had just purchased the car the night before. We were driving thru Jacksonville from Ft. Myers on our way to Minnesota and needed our Boxster to be looked at. Mike (your mechanic), looked at our car right away, ten minutes later he came out and explained what was wrong and that he had fixed it. He said we also had a small crack on our transmission seal, he said we would have no problem making it back to Minnesota but that we should get it checked when we arrive. He understood that we had to get back. We also had a question about the radio and Mike helped us with that. As we were waiting for Mike to look at our car your salesman Tom from Michigan answered alot of questions we had about the Porsche cars in your showroom.

Customer Service Commitment
To the Brumos Porsche Team,
I wanted to take a few minutes to sincerely thank all the members of the Brumos Porsche Team that helped me out in a very frustrating situation, Ray Shaffer for his guidance, Don Leatherwood for his Porsche technical skills, Frank Eisenmann and his Team for getting the work complete. This experience clearly showed me what a great team is at Brumos Porsche.
My car is now driving the way I always hoped it would, and looks even better. I have learned the hard way setting up a Carrera's suspension and alignment should only be done by true professionals and dedicated Porsche Technicians. That is what is at Brumos Porsche.
I would also like to commend the Brumos management on its Customer Service Commitment in making a very unhappy and very frustrated customer satisfied. We all know this took some time to complete but by working together, talking, listening and communicating we all reached our goals!

Love the Cayenne...and our salesman!
Hello Ray,
I wanted to take a moment to follow-up to the brief conversation we had last Monday after purchasing the Cayenne.
First, Tom and I love the car. It’s funny—this car was not even on my radar screen (I was planning to drive an Audi Q5/Q7, BMW X-5 or the Mercedes GLK/GL). Tom was the one who convinced me to drive the Cayenne before I decided. I am glad he did. I did not need to drive any other cars—I knew this was the one for me and our family!
I wanted also to reiterate how comfortable it was to work with David (Mekoski). We had driven another car pervious to our time with David, and the sales associate was quick to put down other cars I was interested in. This did not sit well with me. David, on the other hand, said only positive things about all the cars, reminding me it was my decision and what worked best for me. His confidence in his product was evident, as he did not need to put down others to elevate his. His positive personality and confidence made all the difference and I wanted to be sure you were aware of his positive qualities.

Pleased With Pre-Owned Purchase
My wife and I purchased a 2007 Nissan 350Z about 2 weeks ago and I just wanted to drop you a line and let you know what a wondeful decision that we made in purchasing this vehicle. Our sales person was Mr. David Mekoski. David was very helpful and informative about all of our questions. He was excellent in helping us with our buying experience. Great Time at Brumos University!
Beth had a great time at Brumos U. yesterday. In case you have not heard…she was most improved, so we will be visiting the Brumos Boutique soon (it was not formally announced, but she was fastest female and ahead of a couple of men)!
Mr. Dressing had everything PERFECTLY organized. He quietly (in the background) made it seem to happen automatically. Please pass on our thanks as I do not have his email.
Hurley (and Don) were outstanding. It is really incredible that Hurley is so humble and spent so much quality time with us mere mortals. Does he even realize what a true legend he is?
And then the Speed Laps in #59 Supercar really topped off the day. Thanks to all – and to Brumos for giving us this opportunity.< ...more

Consistent Service Standards
Bill - I dropped in a few Saturdays back and spoke with you, I wanted to thank you again for your help and courtesy. As I said I had been in your dealership once before in 1976. I drove up in a beat up ’69 bug, just back from Kodiak and still in the Coast Guard. I told the sales person that met me at the door that I had no money to buy and just wanted to look around at the cars if that was OK. He treated me just as you did, walked me around and explained all the models and equipment. He spent about an hour of his time knowing I had no intention of buying anything. That attitude made a lasting impression on me, it wasn’t just a sale it was pride in the product. I made a promise to myself that day that if I ever did buy a Porsche it would be from Brumos. It was nice to see the dealership attitude had not changed.
