Consistent Service Standards Bill - I dropped in a few Saturdays back and spoke with you, I wanted to thank you again for your help and courtesy. As I said I had been in your dealership once before in 1976. I drove up in a beat up ’69 bug, just back from Kodiak and still in the Coast Guard. I told the sales person that met me at the door that I had no money to buy and just wanted to look around at the cars if that was OK. He treated me just as you did, walked me around and explained all the models and equipment. He spent about an hour of his time knowing I had no intention of buying anything.That attitude made a lasting impression on me, it wasn’t just a sale it was pride in the product. I made apromise to myself that day that if I ever did buy a Porsche it would be from Brumos. It was nice to see the dealership attitude had not changed.
