Out-of-Town Service and Hospitality
I would like to thank you for your great service & hospitality. We had just purchased the car the night before. We were driving thru Jacksonville from Ft. Myers on our way to Minnesota and needed our Boxster to be looked at. Mike (your mechanic), looked at our car right away, ten minutes later he came out and explained what was wrong and that he had fixed it. He said we also had a small crack on our transmission seal, he said we would have no problem making it back to Minnesota but that we should get it checked when we arrive. He understood that we had to get back. We also had a question about the radio and Mike helped us with that. As we were waiting for Mike to look at our car your salesman Tom from Michigan answered alot of questions we had about the Porsche cars in your showroom.
This is the first Prosche we have purchased, we love the car, but we were very impressed by your stores service. My wife and I commented on how we wish we were closer so we could go to your store for all of our cars needs. If we are ever in the area again and we had car trouble we would definitely pick you store. We were treated great.
